I was contracted to design and manufacture the smaller intricate parts of the Millennium Falcon cockpit. This was built for David Jones in Sydney within an interactive Star Wars section. In order to perform my work, I referenced movie frames to extract the objects and determine size. From this I was able to produce a realistic replica of the cockpit.
The "driving handles" of the cockpit were the hardest part to design due to their organic shape and all I had was a picture from a movie however the end result was impressive. More details on this project can be seen here and in Syndey.
