During the beginning period of the COVID-19 pandemic, I was heavily involved in a team that aimed to produce a large quantity of face shields to help protect the front line workers. I utilised the capabilities at CSIRO to assist in the mass production of face masks to be fabricated quickly, with the final production around 3000 face masks in less than a week. The work I performed here was noticed by CSIRO and publicly announced in this post and article.
